Long before their was a light side versus a dark side intergalactic war there was a war on the streets between the two largest athletic footwear companies, Nike and Adidas.
I would like to showcase some of the footwear that I feel emphasises the excellence in design and style that both brands have become known for.
Nike Air Jordan IV – the Jordan IV has a rich history and is a sneakerhead favourite, the likes of the Bred and the original Military Blue colour ways have long been seen on the feet of those trying to emulate the glory years of the MJ branded shoe.
Customisations are more common for this sneaker than collaborations as Nike seem to like to stay close to the original design.
The popularity of the Jordan IV doesn’t seem to have waned and with retro releases due throughout 2016, long may that love continue.
